Why do you exist?
94.6% of businesses started never get sold, they close.
Aurik’s founders had experienced this in both their personal and professional lives and it is their deep understanding of this brutal fact that drives Aurik to build successful businesses into sustainable, valuable assets to secure the owner’s future.
How did you come about?
Aurik’s unique methodology was developed through the direct learnings of Aurik’s founders who started, built and sold 12 businesses in 8 years. Two listed on the Stock Exchange, two failed and eight were sold through either management buy-outs or sales to corporate buyers.
The last few businesses only required 35% of the money and 45% of the time to deliver the same value as the first few. This experience and insight led to the Aurik method, a business building approach that will build any business into an Asset of Value™.
